Dinner at the lodge is a scrumptious 4 courses and makes use of the myriad of New York State products. Summer time finds us on the charcoal grill and in the winter we use our wood fired oven.
Typical dinners may consist of:
- Sweet Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Flatbread, Carrot-Ginger Soup, Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Steamed French beans and Fruit-Almond Stollen.
- Summer Sausage & Cheese Plate, Mixed Green Salad, Apple Cider Stew, Fresh Baked Rolls and Chocolate Cake
- Tomato & Smoked Mozzarella Bruschetta, Antipasta & Caesar Salad, Eggplant Parmesan, Italian Sausage, and Panna Cotta with Berry Sauce.
- Ham & Asparagus Puffs, Mixed Green Salad, Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon, Couscous, Steamed Broccoli and Lemon-Yogurt Cake
