Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and because our guests are so active, we make breakfasts that are hearty and healthy.

Typical breakfasts are:

  • Potato/Ham/Smoked Cheddar Frittata, Banana Bread and Fruit Smoothie
  • Butterscotch French Toast, Grapefruit and Canadian Bacon
  • Baked Eggs with Ham, Swiss Cheese & Mushrooms, Fresh Fruit and Herb Focaccia (shown below)
  • Blueberry Pancakes and Turkey Sausage
  • Mexican Breakfast – Scrambled Egg and Chorizo Enchilada, Black Beans, Cornbread Muffin and Cantaloupe
  • Smoked Trout Omelet with Capers & Dill and Artisan-style Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
  • Good Ol’ Sausage Gravy and Biscuits, Fruit Salad
