Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and because our guests are so active, we make breakfasts that are hearty and healthy.
Typical breakfasts are:
- Potato/Ham/Smoked Cheddar Frittata, Banana Bread and Fruit Smoothie
- Butterscotch French Toast, Grapefruit and Canadian Bacon
- Baked Eggs with Ham, Swiss Cheese & Mushrooms, Fresh Fruit and Herb Focaccia (shown below)
- Blueberry Pancakes and Turkey Sausage
- Mexican Breakfast – Scrambled Egg and Chorizo Enchilada, Black Beans, Cornbread Muffin and Cantaloupe
- Smoked Trout Omelet with Capers & Dill and Artisan-style Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
- Good Ol’ Sausage Gravy and Biscuits, Fruit Salad
